The Chinasoft International Internet School makes full use of the high-quality education resources of Jimei University and Chinasoft International, and effectively guarantees the quality of education and teaching of all majors through building its own professional faculty. At present, its faculty has a balanced structure of age, professional title, educational and academic background . The School has 43 faculty members, including eight professors, one senior engineer, 12 associate professors and 20 lecturers; six with doctor and 31 with master degrees. The enterprise has 24 teachers, including one doctor and seven masters. In terms of teaching, in recent years, the School has won three educational reform projects of the Ministry of Education, 22 provincial educational reform projects, and published 36 educational reform papers.
